Important note for CNY Goodies Delivery: Our goodies are known for their Melt-in-Your-Mouth texture, and hence are very delicate. Minor cracks or peeling on finishes are natural due to the delicate baking process and do not qualify for refunds or replacements. For damaged bottles or significantly broken items, send us images at time of delivery for our immediate investigation.
Extended delivery to locations like Jurong Islands, Tuas, Army Camps or locations that require an exchange of pass that will result in extended delivery timing processes. A flat delivery fee of $25 will be charged for such locations. Free delivery to extended locations will require a minimum spend of $800 to 1 single location upon checkout.
Delivery to Sentosa addresses will require a longer trip for our delivery drivers and as the distance is further from us, the flat delivery fee for orders below $300 will be $16. The order will be entitled to free delivery to 1 single location with requirement to hit a minimum spending of $300.
A re-delivery charge of S$25.00 is applicable for failed deliveries. A return trip specifically after the failed delivery costs an approximate of $15 and a new delivery will factor in another $10.
Deliveries are deemed as failed when a delivery cannot be fulfilled due to: the customer providing us with incorrect contact information and delivery address, being not contactable or not being present during time slot of delivery.
Order cancellations carries a restocking fee of 5% charged to us by the transaction merchants. We urge you to reconsider another delivery date, or send it to another recipient (administrative cost of $20 for change of address or other order information).
If you wish to cancel your order within 3 days before delivery, your goodies are most likely ready, we will charge a 50% restocking fee on top of the 5% merchant fee. Please make prior arrangements in advance to avoid the high restocking fee. Thank you.
Add-ons after orders are placed are strictly disallowed as this will disrupt the stock count. Please re-place your new order and we will assist to refund on the previous order. The 5% merchant fee will apply for the cancellation of your previous order.
